Hair products I'm loving !!

So I'm currently on a mission to get my hair healthier and find some good products that work for me. My hair has been very dry and  not in a very good condition recently from all the cold weather, then the heating and previous damage from colouring it. So I started my getting a good cut and rid of all the horrible dead ends. Whilst I was there I mentioned to my hairdresser that I'd been getting a dry scalp just on the hairline near my forehead after I had washed my hair and she asked what shampoo and conditioner I was currently using. I told her I was using the Pantene Aqua light and she pulled her face. I asked her why and she said she really dislikes the brand along with Tresemme and Garnier Fructis as they all coat your hair with horrible products. I has personally never seen anything wrong with Pantene but I asked her to recommend any which would be good for my hair. She suggested the Tigi Bead head Brunette Goddess shampoo and conditioner. I purchased these and OMG they are amazing. I seriously love them. I have been using them for just over a week now and you can already see a big change to my hair. It's made it so much softer and silky and it has seriously reduced my dry scalp. They also smell lovely; kind of a sweet smell like caramel, although I've seen them advertised as smelling like almonds. I would definitely recommend these for brunettes and they also do a range for blonde's called 'dumb blonde'. Now i can see how much better they are for your hair than the likes of Pantene.
My hairdresser also recommended Aussie shampoo if you didn't want to spend as much. I have previously trued the Aussie Luscious Long shampoo and conditioner and I really liked them. The only thing I would say is that you really need to make sure the conditioner is washed out properly as it takes a while and they can leave your hair feeling greasy if you don't do so.

Another product I have been loving the last few weeks is the Schwarzkopf Got2b Guardian Angel blow dry and flat iron heat protecting spray. I had seen TiffanyD recommend the curl protection spray from this range in a curling tutorial on her YouTube channel and have been looking for it here in the UK but have yet to find it. However I did find the blow dry and flat iron one and decided to give it a go as I have been looking for a good heat protecting spray anyway. The best thing about this product is the smell its soooo good. Reminds me of holidays, it's got a nice tropical type smell. It's also not a heavy product which I love and one spray of it seriously goes a long way. You spray it to towel dry hair before blow drying it and then I usually spray a bit just before I straighten it as well. It was around £4 I think from Boots. I'm hoping they bring out the others from this range over here as I found the curling one on amazon but it was around £ 13 which is a huge difference. If anyone has seen it in the UK or cheaper online anywhere please let me know.
Another product I have just tried is Umberto Giannini Spa Rituals Overnight Magic Hair Repair. This was recommend by Gemma on her YouTube channel gemsmaquillage , check it out shes lovely and does some great videos.Anyway this product is a deep conditioner but it's not like the usual leave in conditioners which you have to wash out. I personally hate having to wait 5 minutes or however long to wash it out because it's so hard in my shower to try and not get my hair wet. With this you put a small 'blob', about a pea sized depending on length and thickness of your hair, and rub it in before you go to sleep. And the best part is you wake up with lovely smooth and soft hair in the morning without having to wash it out. I usually use this on a day I don't wash my hair so that I'm not putting too much product into it in one day.

Let me know if any of you try these products and what you think of them and also any great hair products you have found.

xoxo Jayde
